How to Prepare Hot Links

Keep frozen.
Moo & Oink Pork Hot Links are at their best when thawed before cooking.

How to Grill: Moo & Oink recommends slow cookin! Preheat grill to 350˚F. Place links on medium low grill. Turn links often until browned and cooked thoroughly to 160 degrees F, allowing 25-30 minutes to cook. To speed up grilling time, partially cook in skillet following instructions below and finish on the grill.

Skillet Cooking: Preheat frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup of water to skillet, cover skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes, turning links often. Remove cover, continue cooking 10-15 minutes, turning links often until browned. Cook thoroughly to 160˚F.

Broiler Cooking: Preheat broiler. Place links on broiler pan approximately 8-10 inches below broiler flame and turn frequently allowing 25-30 minutes to cook thoroughly to 160˚F.

Safe Handling: For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods, wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
